Advertise To Crowds With Your Slogan On Memorial Day

May 30, 2010

Advertising is one of the best ways to make people understand the answer you would like to give to them. This is also an excellent way to express whatever information you would like to share. By employing advertising media, you certainly can spread your offers to people in a more widespread scope. This is in turn will make people realize their need as well as your alternative to such need.

Through the years, conducting business is like a craze to all people. Most are into investing things. Before, the range of any item is bound to where your goods can arrive at. It may be inside that area alone, to other areas or to that country only. That is probably satisfactory those times given that demands of people are more than the resources available, therefore more people are acquiring in one supply.

However, this modern age, when involved in business, you cannot just lag behind because for sure, you will really be left behind and earn nothing. With a great deal of clutter in the business society, many providers into one usual item, the most important thing to do is to discover an excellent edge amid these opponents then sell your business good to numerous people.

It is rather simple to advise the need to sell your business properly to numerous people. Still, if subjected to such battle, one will understand how intricate it is to actually sell yourself properly. People usually choose brands or suppliers that are the premiere supplier in the market, can grant the total and best answer to their requirements and where they can be serviced easily.

One technique for your offerings to be known is via advertisements. But just like a clutter in providers, there is also an overwhelming resource of promotions that people will regard like a common view. One thing to make an edge again in promotions is to have the promotional tool that is unique and catchy in the eyes of many.

One successful promotional device currently is aerial advertising. This is very efficient since it can capture a larger scope of people and it is cost efficient. Pay out begins from the moment the airplane launched right until it landed. Your advertisements will be tagged alongside these planes and people beneath can readily notice it.

Aerial advertising is efficient particularly when carried out around outdoor occasions or when a huge audience gathers. One ideal holiday is hiring aerial advertising services around Memorial Day. This is due to many people gathering in parks or other outdoor locations to be with their relatives and loved ones. Whenever your aerial ad flies over, people in any section of the memorial - or surrounding open areas - will check out and find that you provide them a remedy to what they want right that moment.

Hiring aerial advertising services over Memorial Day events is similar to any other crowd gatherings in the U.S. in that the aerial banners can definitely make your advertisement memorable to anyone viewing it. Whether promoting a product or service, the uniqueness of this advertising method will make it stick in people’s minds and remember to take action. AirSign has been providing attention grabbing aerial advertising over popular locations through their aerial advertising services since 1996. Call them at 888-645-3442 and ask them to fly your message. It will be remembered.

Beach Aerial Advertising Converts Viewers

April 23, 2010

Beaches are a great place to unwind and find serenity of the mind with its cool breeze and calm waters. But did you know that behind those sandy walks and blue water splashes is a place where every opportunity flocks? People find it appealing to gather on beaches hence, enabling them to do many good things. An opportunity to reunite with a long lost love or an opportunity to express and tell the people what you want to say. It is where you can think of almost anything in the world. That is a great opportunity for businesses to start promoting what they can offer to many people. Beach aerial advertising then is the perfect tool.

Beach aerial advertising is a one of a kind advertising where a plane airs out messages of products and services or even personal messages of love, apology or appreciation through tailing a banner in the air. Picture a common person on a hot summer day at the beach. A dry weather with thirsty throats and enticing cool waters creates many thoughts in the mind. Would it be nice to have a Suntan lotion for a perfect tan? Or a very cold ice cream or iced cola to satisfy my thirst? Or even some swimming gears to enjoy the cold waters? Those are exact needs one person would want in one situation. What more to the rest of the people in that same condition?

A solution is not efficient if not passed on to people in need of it. Hence, by advertising, it will let people know of what you can give them. With all those overused, crowded forms of advertising, an eye-catching type can make your offer outshines competitors. Beach aerial advertising is one of a kind advertisement that attracts people at one glance with its capacity to convey messages up in the air. This is among the innovative since people fancy something new and up to date.

Not only does it work in advertisement, beach aerial advertising is a moving way of expressing one’s feelings for another. Imagine a man trying to find ways on how to tell his woman his great love for her but cannot say it in perfect words. He took the woman to one of the most romantic places in the world, the beach. Walking on bare feet, with calming sounds of water splashing and gentle blow of the winds, their eyes locked with a tiny box on one had of the man and a message above them saying, “Will you marry me?” The woman will say yes after a very romantic and perfect proposal by the man of her life.

Whether it is about advertising a certain solution or tell messages in the most unique and romantic way is what beach aerial advertising can do. It is cost-efficient since only when the plane flies and landed will one pays for the advertisement. Beach aerial advertising is paying less for the best.

Advertising Using Skywriting Offers Unique Possibilities

April 16, 2010

For years now, skywriting has been known as a form of advertising.   This rooted from the fascination of the display from jet planes which emit smoke that would create an array of writings in the sky.  From being a favorite past time, skywriting has become more than just a display of entertainment.  Skywriting has stamped its name in the advertising industry.

Skywriting is an aerial advertising service that can be witnessed during outdoor events that call for a celebration like sport shows, air shows, the holidays and just anytime vacation season.  The factors that drive this spectacular display would be a well powered jet plane or a similar craft with a skilled pilot who has been well trained to do exactly his thing.

The price range of having skywriting as your form of advertising is variable so it would best to scan around for different companies that would offer reasonable prices that would guarantee satisfaction.   Usually, the different things that would affect the price package of a certain campaign would be the message itself, the equipment which includes the aircraft and the pilot as well as the maintenance team.

Media people have taken great lengths and tried out skywriting as their main form of advertising.   As research showed that this is one form of advertising that allows a larger percentage of information retention than most types of ads such as print, TV, and radio.   This aerial advertisement surely attracts more people than the rest of the methods mentioned.

The method of skywriting or skytyping specifically caters to those people in a more open field where the messages are easily seen.  Puffs of air, made from biodegradable substances in order to abide by environmental standards, are used by the jet to display the message which will be written in just a few seconds.   After which, this message should last about 7 or 8 minutes, just large enough and long enough to catch any body’s attention.

The cost of this form of advertising is relatively reasonable and would be considered cheap in some standards as compared to other forms.   A TV commercial would only last for about 30 seconds while a skywriting message would be for more than 5 minutes.   I bet you would be dismissing it easily rather than ponder on its content.   A more sensible approach to catching one’s attention is spraying a large message across the sky.

This is one of those methods that covers a very wide rang of audience since the message is seen by millions across the sky at a given period of time during a longer period of time as compared to watching TV commercials, listening to radio stints or passing through print ads.

The latest techniques in advertising can well be attributed to skywriting since more and more people are investing to this.   The audience is more receptive to its messages and it costs less than the usual form of advertising covering a larger demographics which makes it very worthwhile.

Have you ever found yourself staring up at the sky and seeing some type of writing done by a seemingly invisible hand? That is what we call Skywriting.  This is definitely one way of making sure that you pay attention to messages that advertisers want you to know, only it is sprayed openly in the sky rather than stuck on walls, played on the radio or shown on TV.

NASCAR Events Provides Unique Advertising Opportunities

April 8, 2010

Advertising is widely used all over the world. These promotional tricks are seen and heard anywhere you go.  Any business would allocate cost for advertisement in order to be successful.   With a greater number of potential target markets for every product and services, every business try to advertise what they sell in any way they can, thus creating a clutter in the advertising world.  As consequence, this will make your products and services identical with the others. The secret is creating ways to make your products and services exceptional from the rest, therefore grabbing interest of the market and make you the number one brand.

Almost all businesses are using traditional advertisement to promote their products and services. Mostly aired in local TV, radios and newspapers are commercials rather than the regular shows. Why is it that important to advertise? By advertising, we promote our products to our potential target market that are unreachable. These traditional ways are very effective hence overcrowding is created.

So, what can we do then to make people retain our products in their minds? With a lot of technological enhancement and doing almost anything, Aerial Advertisement is introduced. This type of advertising is done as an airplane tows your product banner up in the air for anyone to see. It is very easy and inexpensive since you only have to pay from the time the airplane launched until it landed. If done in the right place and time, this kind of advertisement is very effective.

In most events and occasions, advertisements take part and are one of the busiest. It is during these times that numerous people crowd in a single arena to celebrate a single theme. The United States is proud to hold one of the famous events in the world, the NASCAR or the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing sponsored events. During these events, one of the largest crowds in the world is seen. By taking advantage of doing some aerial advertisement can gain much attention from the spectators below. Moreover, given that the NASCAR events gather much people, more people can then know of what you can offer them. In addition, this type of advertisement is novelty and eye-catching, something they cannot easily forget as it takes part as a special something in that event.

To conclude, doing some promotions for your products and services will aid you to success. Knowing what technique is the best will even aid your better. It just needs to be done in the right place at the right time. AirSign has been providing professional aerial advertisement at racing events since 1996. How Aerial Ads Are the Best Way to Reach the Spring Break Students

March 3, 2010

Every spring the beaches of Florida and Texas are the one-week residence of college students who are getting a break from the books. This year an estimated 2.5 to 3 million will be basking in the sun on the beaches.  They have money to spend now, and a potential to spend another $125-$130 billion dollars during the year. How that kind of money will be spent is yet to be determined, based on the skill of effective advertising aimed at them.

Arial banner or billboard advertising is one of the most effective forms of advertising to these students.  These ads are really quite simple. A company or individual hires a plane to pull a banner displaying their message. The banner could be as long as 70 feet and will usually contain contact information such as a phone number or webpage.  (Aerial billboard ads are like highway billboards flown over the crowd.)  The banner is pulled behind the plane over the students on the beach for one to two hours.  Each pass allows the students to see the ad for about 17 seconds.  As the plane flies over the students for an hour, back and forth, how many times do you think they will see your ad? By the time an hour is up, your message will be imprinted in their brains.

Students relax and try to stop thinking deep thoughts during this week.  It is a week of vacation and they have planned to spend money. As they lie on the beach, an airplane flies overhead, catching their attention. Behind the plane is a banner or billboard displaying an ad. Your company is immediately far ahead of the competition in reaching this market.

The items or services offered in the aerial ads could be for something they will want to buy when they return to college.  But they could also be ads for restaurants or clothes, things they need or want immediately. It is a choice chance to impact a large gathering of impulsive buyers all at once.

With the economy is shambles and unemployment high, many advertisers are cutting back.  Instead, exploit this opportunity as a week of profit.  The students surely aren’t concerned about the economy. They just want to relax, no matter how much it costs. One tourism expert from Florida calls them “recession-proof” because the students consider it a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and you can’t put a price tag on that!

Modern electronic technology makes the selling even quicker.  One merchant says he has his phone number on the banner and, almost immediately, he is being texted with orders.  Others use G3 networks to make Internet orders. The minimal cost of the banner ad is quickly paid for and the rest is profits.

Aerial ads have another advantage: they are timeless.  You will pay the full cost for the banner ad this year.  However, the banner could be stored and used again next year, saving the cost of making the banner. Or it could be used the next week at a different beach or sporting event. The banners are well made and will last a long time.

Many are pessimistic about advertising while the economy is low. But wise businesses will take advantage of the relaxing spring break crowd and make a sizeable profit through aerial advertising.

How to Propose in a Unexpected Way

February 11, 2010
How did you pop the big question to your sweetheart? Probably it was not as unique as some of these ways.  But if you are waiting for the right moment and right way, maybe these will give you some creative ideas! We have avoided the really expensive or bizarre ways and stuck to real possibilities.
If you like extreme sports, sky’s the limit for ideas.  A couple who liked skiing reached the mountain summit. Just as they were about the push off, he proposed and she accepted.  What a double rush they both experienced! A skydiving couple was engaged through a hidden sign and a nod as they sped toward the ground.
One contestant on a TV game show won something, then turned to the audience and proposed to his girlfriend.  The audience starting clapping and, of course, she accepted.  Another fellow arranged with a movie theater to help him. At the end of the movie the couple was attending, a message flashed across the scream, “Angela, will you marry me? –Bruce”. Everyone clapped and, of course, after recovering from the shock, she affirmed his wishes.
One man got his neighbors across the street in on it.  At a preset time, they flashed their lights off and on spelling out the proposal in code. A girl thought her sweetheart was busy miles away.  She was invited to a scavenger hunt. The last thing to find happened to take her to his hiding place and when he shocked her by appearing, then fell to one knee and proposed.
Not afraid to reverse roles, one girl didn’t want to wait any longer.  So when they were on a date, she said, “Darling, you know if you would ask me to marry you, I’d say yes in a minute!” . If that seems a bit too bold, maybe you could just drop a hint or two, like, “If you need any money for a ring or anything, let me know,” or “I’ve been practicing saying my new last name after we’re married”
George took his honey out to eat at a plush restaurant.  She was pretty sure this would be the night he would propose but he didn’t even drop a hint during the meal.  Finally when they were ready to leave, he asked for the check.  There, on the bill tray sat the engagement ring. He took it, slipped it on her finger and proposed.
One man purchased a small book that was filled with love poems. After page four, he glued all the rest of the pages together, then cut out a heart shaped hole in it.  She started to read them, then turned the page finding the hole was the seat of an engagement ring! Now she was really touched!
Try using the public media. A man took out a full-page ad in a section of the newspaper he knew his girl would see.  When she turns to that page, get on your knees with the ring. This also provided her a souvenir of the memorable day.
Speaking of media, a man rented a billboard along a route he knew his girl would travel, and paid for the proposal to be displayed on it. If he can’t be in the car just then, he could try to time his cell phone call for the time she saw it. Better yet, be standing by the sign holding out the ring!
Here are some ideas that include an airplane.  Have a firm sky write your proposal in the sky over an area where she will be A more permanent version of this would be to hire a company to make and display a banner ad to fly over an event they are attending or beach where they are relaxing. If possible, as she reads it, be handy with the ring.
Entering into marriage is a serious step in life and pursued soberly.  But that doesn’t mean you cannot be creative in the way you ask her to join you for life. Why don’t you do it in a way that you will both remember throughout your lifetimes together?

AirSign has been providing creative skywriting and aerial banner messages around special occasions since 1996. Call them at 888-645-3442 and ask them to fly your message. It will be unforgettable.

Applying Curiosity in Advertising

February 4, 2010

We are painfully aware that we are bombarded with advertisements in every part of life. At a movie we see ads for more movies. TV shows get shorter as ads get longer. Along the street are billboards and shop signs. Newspapers and magazines are filled with appeals to get our money.

Advertisers must come up with a way to overcome the mental block set up by consumers. How can you get the public to notice your ad above the thousands of others? One method employed to do this is building curiosity with sounds and sights.

Sounds of course often involve music. Many ads on TV includes some type of music to set the mood for you to desire their product. Other sounds are also used to build curiosity and attract attention. It was said that the Superman serials on TV in the 50’s were especially popular with kids because of the woosh sound when the hero landed or took off.

Curiosity is also built through the visual. A blanket over the newest model of a car makes consumers wonder what it will look like. Women in general sell products better than men in ads. A collage of movie clips are used in trailers to stimulate the imagination and make people want to see the whole thing.

Using both sight and sound will give a greater advantage to an ad. The more senses that are addressed, the more likely it is that the consumer will notice. Yet, this becomes normal if everyone is doing it and again your ad is lost in the crowd.

One form of advertising is unique in this regard. This method is called banner ads. A large billboard or long banner is pulled behind a small airplane over a large group of people. Since this is the only ad visible at the time, it is sure that there is no competition for attention.

Imagine you are sitting on a beach, enjoying the sun when in the distance you hear the drone of an airplane. You have time and interest so you look up to check it out. Coming toward you is a single engine plane pulling a banner with a message written on it. Your curiosity rises. What does it say? You watch with anticipation until you can read the message and you probably do this several times in the 17 seconds it passes.

The plane passes by several times in the next hour, each time reminding you of the message of the banner. By then you have it memorized. The airplane alone causes the message to rehearse in your mind.

The advertiser has reached his goal. He has built your curiosity, used sights and sounds to present you the message, and repeated it without competition for attention until it was fixed in your memory. And no competitors could get a word in edgewise during that time. If his product or service is of use to you, it is pretty sure that his name will be your first choice. Learn how AirSign has been leading the industry in providing innovative aerial advertising services since 1996. They have banner towing airplanes stationed across the States ready to fly your message over sporting events, holidays, vacation hot spots or just to that special someone.

Use an Aerial Banner to Express Your Feelings

January 27, 2010
Ever since they met six months ago, Tom and Jenny’s love for each other had grown. Now he was in a position to ask her the big question, but he wanted to do it in a way that would bring many happy memories for years to come.

So Tom hired a banner towing firm and had them make a banner that read, "Jenny, will you marry me? - Tom." Then he hired a aerial ad company to fly this banner over his family reunion the second Saturday in July. Now, his only job was to make sure Jenny was there and that she was outside when it flew by. You can be sure, it not only impressed her, but the whole family!

It’s only once in a lifetime that a family can celebrate their parents’ 50th anniversary. The Williamson children and their families arranged their schedules to make the day special. They laughed together over remembering the foibles, and cried together as they recalled the hard times. Then came the climax. At exactly 3:00 pm, the family regathered in the back yard and watched the sky. Right on time, a plane flew over their yard, with an aerial billboard in tow reading, "Dad and Mom Williamson, you are loved!" Their parents, and the entire community, knew this was true.

Many people are exchanging the cost of a banner message for the long lasting memories it provides. Imagine welcoming home a child from the military, celebrating a key birthday, recognizing an honor by letting the world (or at least the community) know how proud you are of them!

When looking for a company to help you, don’t confuse banner ads or aerial advertising with the banner ads on the computer. An aerial message is a full-length sentence or message pulled behind an airplane at a given location for a designated length of time; it is not an annoying frame that pops up on the screen. Banner ads are often seen at beaches or athletic events. The same company that provides these ads can help you with the banner message fitting for your occasion.

An aerial message as described above is simple. Think of a sentence or few words that would express what you want to convey. Then contact an aerial advertising company and present your idea. They will have suggestions to make it just right. The company will do all the work and fly the message where you want it displayed. In some areas more than one company has this service so investigate to find out what is right for you.
By the way, remember Tom and Jenny? Jenny’s reply was, "Oh, Tom, I do love you but give me a week to think it over and talk with my parents, and I’ll give you my answer then." Sure both Tom and his family were disappointed but they appreciated her mature approach to such an important decision. Little did he or they know what she was planning. The next Saturday, another banner flew overhead, right on time and at the right location. It read, "Yes! - Jenny"

AirSign has been providing customized banner towing services since 1996. Call them today at 888-645-3442 and have them fly an aerial banner that will make your special day unforgettable.

Memorable Advertising with Skywriting Services

January 22, 2010
The movie The Wizard of Oz, a smash hit when it came out in 1939, had a scene where the wicked witch wrote SURRENDER DOROTHY OR DIE in the sky with her broom. Ever since sky writing has fascinated people. (The witch’s message was actually just special effects, produced in a 6 foot by 6 foot glass tank.) But sky writing goes back further than that. It was first tried in1922 in England. Advertisers began using skywriting at the same time but Pepsi-Cola made it famous, using skywriting from 1931 to 1953.

Skywriting services are just one of the aerial advertising services AirSign provides. Learn how AirSign has been leading the industry in providing this innovative advertising method since 1996.
Are the letters really formed by smoke? Yes, skywriting smoke is made by inserting paraffin oil into the exhaust of the plane. The oil vaporizes in the heat making an environmentally friendly white smoke that lingers in the air. Of course, the pilot only injects the oil into the exhaust when he is in a position to form part of a letter.
How tall are the letters? A mile tall. How long is the message? Up to fifteen miles long. How long do the letters stay visible before drifting away? They last up to twenty minutes. What determines if the skywriting will be a success? First, the skill of the pilot. He must be really good at maneuvering the plane and knowing exactly where he is in terms of the message. Second, the size of the plane engine. It must be large enough to make the letters quickly, but it also must be hot enough to vaporize sufficient paraffin oil to make the smoke. That means the paraffin must reach 1500 degrees and to do this, some recommend 450 horsepower engines that are six times hotter than small planes.
Besides these factors, there is the weather. The wind cannot exceed three to five miles per hour. The sky must be nearly clear for the white letters to be visible against the blue sky. Since wind speed may vary at different heights, the planes will fly anywhere from 7000 and 17000 feet. At these heights, the message is visible for thirty miles on either side. Cooler air temperature makes more smoke, but the air temperature cannot exceed 95 degrees. The best months for these conditions are September and October.
Messages are usually four to six letters long and each one takes one or two minutes to form. A shorter message is more likely to be visible at once. When a message is longer than this, then the first part may be gone by the time the last part is formed. One remedy for this is to get multiple planes involved. When two or three pilots coordinate their maneuvers, they can produce the message visible in its entirety for a few minutes before it drifts away.
Remember too that the pilot is writing from the top, horizontally, that is, parallel to the earth. Therefore he must write the letters backwards so that they appear correctly to the readers below. They must also be relatively the same size and in a straight line so that the message is readable. All this takes great skill.
This method of advertising is so novel that it almost demands to be read all the time the letters are forming. So what kind of people would benefit from hiring skywriting to get their message across? Skywriting has been used to advertise soft drinks, motion pictures, websites, political candidates, products, and so forth. One company says they skywrite fifty marriage proposals each year.
What does all this cost? The cost depends on the company, and on the availability. For example, if you must fly in a skilled pilot from some distance, that will add significant cost to the adventure. But for local skywriting, count on starting around $1000 and look for a discount if you get more than one message or the same message multiple times.

How Are Aerial Banner Ads Launched?

January 15, 2010

Have you ever been at a large gathering somewhere, like a sporting event or a beach, and seen an airplane fly by pulling an announcement or an advertisement of some type? These ads or messages are called aerial advertising , and have proven to be an effective way to get a message out to a large group quickly.

So how do they get such a huge banner into the sky? If the banner were attached to the plane before it took off, this would cause two problems. First, the banner would drag across the runway and get damaged. Second, The drag of the huge banner would make it more difficult to get off the ground and this means the banner would drag even longer.

It takes a plan, good quality materials, and a skillful pilot to make this happen. First, the airplane takes off without the aerial banner, but with a device called a "grapnel hook." This is attached to the tail of the plane but the hook end is hanging in the pilot’s window.

When the plane is safely off the ground, the pilot releases the hook and lets it fall so that now it is hanging below the plane, still attached to the tail. On the ground, the banner is laid out in an open area, attached to a lead pole in front. The lead pole is attached to a long rope called the pick up rope, and this, in turn, is attached to a loop of rope that is stretched between two poles about five feet off the ground.

Now the plane circles around and, with the hook dragging below the plane and flying at 80 miles an hour, the pilot heads straight for the two poles. As he reaches them, he throttles the engine and pulls back on the stick, causing the plane to soar upward at a steep angle. The hook snags the loop of rope, thus pulling the banner up, off the ground and into the sky. What if he misses? Then he circles around and tries it again.

But how does the banner stay upright and not, like a kite, spiraling in the wind? First, the tail end of heavy billboards or banners has tiny parachutes that catch the wind and keep it straight. Then the bottom has weights that keep that edge closest to the ground. The letters are usually seven feet tall and the banner might be up to fifty letters long. So everything must be planned just right so that the drag is not too great or too little.

When he has completed his promised passes over the designated area, the pilot flies the banner back to the drop off place, comes in low, and, at the right place, remotely unhooks the banner so that it can float to the ground unharmed, ready for use again if this is appropriate.

Larger planes are able to actually pull the banner with them on takeoff without damaging it, but most single engine prop planes use the plan outlined above to get the banner into the air.

All this may seem like a lot of trouble, but the result is worth the effort. Thousands will see the banner, both at the event and on the way to and from it. The message will get out and people will be influenced by the message. But not all aerial advertising companies are alike. Some simply take an order and contract it out. Since 1996, AirSign has been leading the industry by taking personal care of their customers using the best pilots, sharpest looking planes, and providing accountability for their work through free GPS tracking.
